2. Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, all of Europe, and Australia.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the moment the order is confirmed. This timeframe includes preparation and handling as well as transit.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, extreme weather, or peak seasons are outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to become active after you receive the email.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase. Orders of 3 or more items ship free.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before completing your order. We are not able to modify an address once an order has entered production. If a parcel is undeliverable or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping is payable by the customer.

Undelivered or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@shirodrip.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
