This website is operated by VESTEREZ, S.L. (Tax ID: B26866137), trading as Shiro Drip. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to VESTEREZ, S.L. By visiting shirodrip.com and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this website or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products

We make every effort to display product colours, prints and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours accurately. Minor variations in print placement and tone are inherent to all-over-print manufacturing and are not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Orders, prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

We accept payment by credit and debit card. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details on our systems.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. If an order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these Terms of Service.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property or that of others, to transmit malicious code, to collect personal information of others, to interfere with the security features of the site, or to submit false or misleading information.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VESTEREZ, S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any product purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
